A one-time fee of $99 for an initial consultation is required for all training plans. This covers testing, data revision, and establishing training zones. During the first month, you will be able to contact me as often as you would like to go over any questions or concerns.

Setting the stage

The initial consultation sets the stage for a plan of action. We take a look at past training. If you are brand new to training with power, we will start a training regime with a few short tests to establish baseline fitness. Then we will set up training zones and concrete goals for the future.

Tailoring your plan

A customized training plan is created to target your event(s) and make sure you are peaked and primed. Several retests will take place to confirm that you are making improvements. The results and analysis will be discussed with you so that together we can continue to refine your training.

Putting in work

You won't have to spend hours deciphering the workouts or struggling with new techniques—you will just ride! All training workouts and plans can be downloaded directly from training peaks to a range of training tools and programs. This approach makes the coach-athlete relationship a seamless transition.

All workouts, rides, and races are analyzed using the latest in data analysis software. By using all the metrics available, your fitness is quantified with real-world results, providing you with actionable insights into your strengths and weaknesses. All the data is collected via your power meter and sent to your coach for analysis.
